Healthy Habit #2: Stop Procrastinating.

Ok, let's cut to the chase. Procrastinating is fun. So many funny videos to watch, so little time. The thing is, usually what we are putting off should be the priority, and they are usually the things that make us uncomfortable. Have that tough discussion with your loved one, friend or co-worker. Go to the doctor to get that lump checked out. Go to the dentist and have that tooth filled. It's impossible to feel good when these things are looming over you. Get them out of the way as soon as possible.
