Healthy Habit #3: Reconnect with your body.

WHY do we spend so much time ignoring our bodies? Each time we do, we disconnect from our deepest intuitions. Really listening to signals allows us to develop alignment to what is true to ourselves so that we can become truly happy and healthy. This will inevitably spread to those around us. Be grateful for what your body does for you everyday, without you even noticing. And build a healthy communication with it, grown from a place of love, respect and appreciation.
