We all know that awesome feeling of being outside surrounded by the colour green and fresh air in our lungs. All I'm seeing right now though are grey skies, leafless trees and concrete. Next best? Surround yourself with some gorgeous green in your home. I love Aloe Vera (has many incredible uses), Peace Lily and Golden Pothos. Not only will it help you de-stress and connect you with natural life, it also functions as an air purifier and detoxifying agent.
