Healthy Habit #4: Try non-dairy milk.

When I became vegan a few years ago it was essential to educate myself to get all the nutrients I needed. I discovered a lot of conspiracies on the Dairy industry, as well as the benefits of non-dairy alternatives, especially Almond milk, Oat milk and Hemp milk. Macadamia and Hazelnut milks are becoming more commonly available too. They each have different benefits and tastes. Give them all a try, you're bound to find your favourtie! 

My favourite: Plenish Organic Unsweetned Almond milk.
