HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a workout that's becoming more and more popular as one of the most efficient and effective ways to transform your body and your health. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you'll know all about my Ballet HIIT workouts. I wanted to let you in on some of the reasons why HIIT workouts are so effective. I really believe in getting your body to move in as many different ways as possible, however doing HIIT workouts has to be one of my favourite ways to keep fit. Personally, HIIT training has transformed the power in my dancing, especially in more demanding choreography. My clients male or female, from 22 - 55 years old, have also all benefited hugely from doing the 12 minutes. Its fun, its tough but its over quickly, and you can continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours! It's a quick, on-the-go solution for busy peeps to stay feelin' good.
