 Eat more Turmeric 

Turmeric advocates suggest it is one of the most powerful herbs on earth.
Its most studied component, curcumin, has been shown to help prevent cancer as well as improve everything from immune health to cholesterol. It is also a potent anti-inflammatory and helps protect the cardiovascular system. Turmeric is cheap, accessible and easy to slip into you diet. It's compounds are fat-soluble so consuming it with fats (eg olive oil, coconut oil, almond milk or avocado), will help with absorption. It is also heat, light and moisture sensitive so don't be boiling it for more than 15 mins and keep it away from the sun. Try having it at least a few times a week! For some funky recipe ideas, check this:
