 Do a Digital Detox 

In 2016, there's no sign that the digital world we live in is slowing down. Technology has transformed the way we live and will continue to do so. According to, in 2017 there will be more internet traffic than all prior internet years combined. So even if there's an app of convenience for every single activity and google can clear up a moments confusion within seconds, it doesn't mean you need to be digitally active all day, every day. Consciously take time away from technology and screen stimulation. Look up, breathe in, share a moment with nature, animals, humans. Life is elsewhere and you're missing it.
